Marshall Lochausen was born and raised in the San Antonio, Texas area.
He graduated from Texas A & I University in Kingsville, Texas in May 1970 with a BBA in Management and was a member of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity.
Marshall served six years in the United State Air Force flying in the F-4 Phantom fighter jet. He served in Viet Nam in 1972 and 1973 and flew over 200 combat missions.
Marshall entered the “Oil Patch” in 1976 as an Independent Landman buying pipeline Right of Way in Zapata County, Texas. He joined AAPL in 1978 and earned his CPL certificate in 1983. He’s served as Certification Chairman for AAPL, twice, and served as Treasurer and 1st Vice President.
He is a member of San Antonio Association of Professional Landmen and has served within the organization in all offices and on numerous committees. He is currently serving as the Ethics Committee and Certification Committee Chairman.
Marshall has been an Independent Landman for approximately 14 years, a Company Landman for approximately 16 years, Gas Buyer and Marketer 2 years. He’s owned a small operating and producing company for approximately 7 years.
As a landman he’s worked in Texas, Kansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Oklahoma, North Dakota and Indiana.
Marshall is currently employed as a Landman with TXCO Resources based in San Antonio, Texas with responsibilities in Texas and Oklahoma.
On the personal side Marshall is an avid fisherman and hunter enjoying all aspects of the great outdoors. He’s been married for 39 years and has two children and 6 grandchildren.

Refund Policy
If you make a reservation, pay for it, and later decide to cancel it before the reservation deadline (January 12 at noon for this event), you can apply for a refund through the HAPL Office. We must receive your request to cancel your registration in writing by email at hapl@hapl.org or fax at 713-622-3723 before the 13th. You will receive, in check form, the total amount you were charged less a $2.00 processing credit card fee.
When you request a refund, include the credit card number that you used to pay for the reservation and the confirmation e-mail you received when you paid. If you have lost that e-mail, send as much information as you can about the name and date of the event, the date that you paid, and how much you paid. Refunds cannot be made for reservations that were paid for, but not cancelled before the reservations deadline. When that happens and you do not attend the event, you are considered a no-show.
No Show Policy:
No-shows will not receive refunds.
