Downloading HAPL Events and Member Contacts onto Your Outlook Calendar

Yes, even the computer challenged can transfer Events and Member Contact information direct from our site to your Outlook Calendar with just a couple clicks of the mouse.

Copy an Event to your Outlook Calendar 

1. Start on the homepage (you don’t need to be logged in)
2. Click on the event of interest
3. On the event page look for a row of 5 icons in the upper right hand side of the page
4. Click on the icon that looks like a rectangle calendar
5. A new window will open…click on the yellow text link that starts with “Your export…”
6. On the small window that opens, click on “Open”
7. On the Outlook Calendar window that just opened, make any adjustments such as reminder info and click “Save and Close”
8. You’re done!
9. Remember! This procedure does not register you for that event…it’s just for your Outlook Calendar. 

Copy a Member’s Contact info to your Outlook Contact List 

1. You will first need to login as a member
2. Click on the member name of interest
3. A new window will open with the contact of that member
4. Click on the 2^nd icon in the upper right that looks like a rectangle (when you mouse over it, it says generate a vCard)
5. Click on that icon and you’ll be taken to a new window where you will need to click on the yellow text link that starts with “Your export…”
6. On the small window that opens, click on “Open”
7. On the Outlook Calendar window that just opened, click “Save and Close”
8. You’re done!
