Michael L. Harvey is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Stonegate Production Company, LLC, a technology driven onshore U.S. E&P company he founded in 2007. Previously, Mr. Harvey was founder, Chairman, President and CEO of Gryphon Exploration Company, Gulfstar Energy, Inc. and Gulfstar Petroleum Company. All of these companies utilized state-of-the-art seismic technology, combined with innovative drilling and completion technologies, to create value for their shareholders. Mr. Harvey is a 1969 graduate of Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Scorpion Offshore, a Norwegian drilling company, traded on the Oslo stock exchange, and a former director of Riata Energy, Amerac Energy, Domain Energy and Cymraec Resources.
