52ndAnnual HAPL Golf Tournament

LIMITED TO THE FIRST 512 GOLFERS; 4 COURSES (ALL AT KCC)

 

ENTRY FEE:                      $130/HAPL Member; $150/Non-Member

                                       (Entry fee includes green fees, 2 mulligans, carts, range balls, beverages and luncheon)

 

REGISTRATION:             DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 10, 2014 OR WHEN TOURNAMENT IS FULL.  Registration is on a first come, first serve basis and you are not considered registered until the entry fee is received.  A wait list will be established for paid entries exceeding the limit.  The tournament is open to all HAPL members and their guests.  At least one (1) HAPL member will be required per each 4-man team.  A Team Representative must be designated (must be an HAPL member) and must have his/her contact information below.  That person will be notified of his team’s respective flight and hole assignment.  It will be the responsibility of that person to notify the other members of his/her team prior to tournament day.   Registration refunds will only be given for cancellations made by Monday, November 3rd.

 

TOURNAMENT DAY:     Check-in will begin for all golfers at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, November 17, 2014 at the Kingwood Country Club Clubhouse.  We are using all four courses at Kingwood.  ALL GOLFERS MUST CHECK-IN BEFORE PLAYING.  The driving range will be open and snacks and coffee will be available.  The tournament will begin with a shotgun start promptly at 9:00 a.m.   Rush hour traffic is always bad, so please plan accordingly to arrive early.  Vacancies as a result of late arrivals or no-shows will be filled by the wait list beginning at 8:45 a.m.  These courses require soft spike golf shoes.

 

FORMAT:                             4-man Scramble.  Select/register your team or let the Golf Committee place you on a team.

 

MULLIGANS:                      Two mulligans per person are included in your registration fee and can be used for any shot on any hole. 

 

HANDICAPS:                      Teams are no longer flighted by handicaps, they are grouped by teams in the order registrations are received.

 

LUNCHEON:                       The luncheon and awards presentation will be held at the conclusion of tournament play. There will be a pre-drawing for door prizes; YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN A DOOR PRIZE.  You can purchase a luncheon only ticket for $25/person; this does not include your name in the door prizes drawing.
