The Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL) Shale Play Seminar and the Shale Play Social will be held Thursday, September 19, 2019 at America's River Oaks, 2040 West Gray St., Houston, Texas, 77019. The social is an informal networking event in Houston dedicated to those individuals and companies that work in or have an interest in shale plays. The HAPL Shale Play Social proved to be a very successful networking event for shale players last year - there were over one hundred landmen in attendance! This event is only made possible by our generous sponsors. Our goal is to make this year’s HAPL Shale Play Social an even greater networking success. The social will also be held at America's after the seminar.
Check-in: 9:15am
Seminar: 10:00am-4:00pm (lunch will be provided)
Social: 4:30pm-7:30pm
If you make a reservation, pay for it, and later decide to cancel it before the reservation deadline, you can apply for a refund through the HAPL Office. We must receive your request to cancel your registration in writing by email at hapl@hapl.org or fax at 713-622-3723. You will receive the total amount charged minus a $5.00 credit card processing fee. The deadline for this event is Tuesday, September 3, 2019.
When you request a refund, include the name and date of the event, and how much you paid. Refunds cannot be made for reservations that were paid for, but not cancelled before the reservations deadline. When that happens, you are considered a no-show.

All pre-registered members/guests for this event that have not prepaid and do not attend will be billed as a no-show.
