OBJECTIVE

The Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas is charged by statute with prevention of waste and protection of correlative rights. Commission staff administers these statutes by applying the appropriate statewide rules. This seminar will provide you with a better overall understanding of the forms, procedures, and filing requirements necessary to achieve compliance with these rules. Emphasis will be placed on recent changes to rules, procedures, and forms.
