If you make a reservation, pay for it, and later decide to cancel it before the reservation deadline, you can apply for a refund through the HAPL Office. We must receive your request to cancel your registration in writing by email at
hapl@hapl.org. The deadline for this event is Friday, August 29, 2025.
When you request a refund, include the name and date of the event, and how much you paid. Refunds cannot be made for reservations that were paid for, but not canceled before the reservations deadline. When that happens, you are considered a no-show.
All pre-registered members/guests/non-members for this event that have not prepaid and do not attend will be billed as a no-show.

Randall K. Sadler, received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1978 and his B.S., with honors, from East Texas State University. He also attended the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Administration at Rice University. Before founding Sadler Law Group, he was employed at Mitchell Energy & Development Corp. and Cashco Energy Corp. Randy served as the interim general counsel for North Central Oil Corporation, while maintaining a private practice. Randy is a member of the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section and the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section and Corporate Counsel Section of the State Bar of Texas, and a member of the Texas Bar College of the State Bar of Texas. Randy has been Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1986, and is currently an adjunct Professor of Law at South Texas College of Law teaching an onshore petroleum transactions and oil and gas title examination course.
