This workshop is designed to thoroughly review and discuss the major components of the AAPL Model Form Joint Operating Agreement. The presentation will cover how to prepare and review a JOA, including preparation of the various exhibits and use of "other" provisions. The discussion will cover in great detail the preparation of Exhibit A, the definition of the contract area and interests of the parties. We will also cover the key features of the accounting procedure, gas balancing agreement, insurance exhibit, and more.
