prevention of waste and protection of correlative rights. Commission staff administers these
statutes by applying the appropriate statewide rules. This seminar will provide you with a better overall understanding of the forms, procedures, and filing requirements necessary to achieve compliance with these rules. Emphasis will be placed on recent changes to rules, procedures,and forms.
