All HAPL members are welcome and encouraged to attend. Enjoy a great dinner and socialize with other members. We'll also hand out awards and recognition to the many members who have made this a successful year.
The price of $65.00 for members includes the member bringing a guest or spouse to the event. The price for students (members or non-members) does not include the cost of a guest.
We encourage all HAPL members to come join us at Ouisie's Table for our Annual Awards Dinner. The cost per member includes the member's guest and/or spouse.
Refunds
If you make a reservation, pay for it, and later decide to cancel it before the reservation deadline (registration deadlines are found on the event page), you can apply for a refund through the HAPL Office. hapl@hapl.org, 713-622-3723 (Fax) or 713-622-6868 (V). The request for a refund must be in writing (fax, letter or email). You will receive the total amount charged minus a $2.00 processing credit card fee.
Include the credit-card number that you used to pay for the reservation and the confirmation e-mail you received when you paid. If you have lost that e-mail, send as much information as you can about the name and date of the event, the date that you paid, and how much you paid.

Notice:
No-shows will be billed! If you make a reservation for yourself or someone else, you are on record as being the person who made it. If we can't find them to send the no-show bill to them, you will get the bill.
