Executive Night is Thursday October 22, 2009 at the Hilton Americas Hotel.
Registration is available only by electronic registration and payment by credit card at www.hapl.org. If you have questions about this process, please contact our office manager, Diane Snyder, at 713 622-6868 . Registration is $77.00 per person on or before October 15, 2009 which includes a listing in the Executive Night Program. Registration is $85.00 after October 15, 2009 and $95 at the door if event is not sold out.

Hilton Americas room rate of $TBA for attendees for Thursday night. Contact the Hilton directly and state that you are attending HAPL Executive Night.
If you make a reservation and have paid for it online and later wish to cancel, you must inform us before noon on October 18. Your cancelation notice must be received by the HAPL office by that date and time in writing (email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax 713 622-3723. The request for a refund will be processed immediately after the day of the event. If cancelling, you will receive the total amount charged minus a credit card processing fee of $3.00.
Include the credit-card number that you used to pay for the reservation and the confirmation e-mail you received when you paid. If you have lost that e-mail, send as much information as you can about the name and date of the event, the date that you paid, and how much you paid. We cannot accept requests for refunds after noon on October 18 due to committments to the hotel.
There will be no refunds for no shows.
