This luncheon will not be held in person. We will be holding a virtual luncheon via Microsoft Teams. We will share the login information with those who register for the luncheon. 
 
Time: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
 
Speaker: Ryan Lammert is an Oil and gas attorney and RRC specialist who has also been a hearings judge at the RRC.
 
Topic: will be crude oversupply, RRC authority to reduce well allowables, update on current issues in front of RRC, and other hot topics related to emergency regulatory matters proposed, pending or passed to address the oil oversupply and lack of market.
 
Credit: 1 RPL/CPL credit will be given
 
 
More Information:
May’s luncheon meeting will be highlighted by HAPL bestowing the Elizabeth Brand Memorial Award to outstanding teachers from local school districts. HAPL is the only professional organization in Houston that recognizes outstanding educators with a monetary award on an annual basis. 
 
We will also be recognizing and honoring our Scholarship Recipients at this luncheon. 
 
 
*We will also be holding another luncheon in the fall and we hope to award our teachers and scholarship recipients in person at that luncehon.
