Entry Fee: $130/HAPL Member; $150/Non-Member
(Entry fee includes green fees, 2 mulligans, carts, range balls, beverages and luncheon)
Registration: DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 5, 2012 OR WHEN TOURNAMENT IS FULL.
Registration is on a first come, first serve basis and you are not considered registered until the entry fee is received. A wait list will be established for paid entries exceeding the limit. The tournament is open to all HAPL members and their guests. At least one (1) HAPL member will be required per each 4-man team. A team respresentative must be designated (must be an HAPL member) and must have his/her contact information on the registration form. That person will be notified of his team's respective flight and hole assignment. It will be the responsibility of that person to notify the other members of his/her team prior to tournament day. Registration refunds will only be given for concellations made by Monday, November 5th.
Tournament Day: Check-in will begin for all golfers at 7:30 am on Monday, November 12, 2012 at the Kingwood Country Clubhouse. We are using all four courses at Kingwood. All golfers must check-in before playing. The driving range will be open and snacks and coffee will be available. The tournament will begin with a shotgun start promptly at 9:00am. Rush hour traffic is always bad, so please plan accordingly to arrive early. Vacancies as a result of late arrivals or no-shows will be filled by the wait list beginning at 8:45am. These courses require soft spike golf shoes.
Format: 4-man scramble. Select/register your team or let the golf committee place you on a team.
Mulligans: Two (2) mulligan per person are included in your registration fee and can be used for any shot on any hole.
Handicaps: Teams are no longer flighted by handicaps, they are grouped by teams in the order registrations are received.
Luncheon: The luncheon and awards presentation will be held at the conclusion of tournament play. There will be a pre-drawing for door prizes. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN A DOOR PRIZE. You can purchase a luncheon only ticket for $25/person; this does not include your name in the door prize drawing.

Company Representatives: Please support the 2012 HAPL Golf Tournament through one of the following Sponsorships:
Hole Sponsors ($500) - These sponsors will have their company's name displayed on the tee box on one hole of one course used in the tournament. Sponsors of 2 or more holes receive the following discounts: 4 holes (1 on all 4 courses) - $1,500; 3 holes - $1000; 2 holes - $750.
PAR 3 Hole Sponsors (Includes hole-in-one contest) ($600 per hole) - A hole in one wins an incredible golf vacation at one of eight of the world's finest golf destinations. Your company name will appear on the tee box as the sponsor of this contest on on of the par 3's on one of the four courses used in the tournament. (1 per course)
Longest Drive Sponsor ($500 per hole) - Have your company's name displayed on the tee box of a selected hole as the sponsor of the Longest Drive Contest. (1 per course)
Closest To The Pin Sponsor ($500 a hole) - Have your company's name displayed on the tee box of a selected hole as the sponsor of the Closest to the Pin contest. (1 per course)
Luncheon Sponsor ($1,000) - This sponsorship will help offset the costs of our luncheon and the companies will have their name prominently displayed in the banquet facility. (4 only)
Driving Range Sponsor ($1,500) - This sponsor will have its name displayed on the Kingwood driving range. (1 only)
Beverage Cart Sponsor ($2,000) - This sponsor will have their company's name, logo and other pertinent information displayed on four beverage carts. (One cart on each of the four courses) (2 only)

If your company has a specific item, including hunting trips, fishing trips, golf outings, sporting event tickets, etc., they would consider contributing; we would be pleased to discuss the various possibilities. All sponsors will have their names listed on large sponsor boards which will be displayed at the check-in desk and in the banquet room during the lunch/awards ceremony.
