The HAPL Service Committee is looking for volunteers to help with the Impact a Hero event on Sunday, May 17th at NRG Stadium. Last year HAPL had outstanding representation with about 22 volunteers assisting with the event!
This year, we are trying to fill 3 shifts:
Set Up, from 9 AM to 1 PM (or until complete)
Set Up and Program, from 3:30 PM to 9 PM
Tear Down, from 5:45 PM until completion

Impact a Hero provides immediate and ongoing emotional and financial support for our severely wounded post-9/11 combat veterans and their families. Run almost solely by volunteers and working under the official non-profit entity Impact Player Partners, Impact a Hero gives individuals and corporations a simple mechanism for providing maximum impact to those who have sacrifices for our freedoms.
